Joseph Dewitt Labarbera, Realtor® with Weichert Realtors® brings a deep-rooted passion for the countryside to his work in marketing, developing, and promoting luxury rural properties across New Jersey. Committed to enhancing the state's identity as "The Garden State," Joseph helps clients discover extraordinary homes on exceptional parcels of land, blending lifestyle, legacy, and the natural beauty of rural living. 

Following a distinguished 21-year military career, Joseph established a family-owned cattle farm in Northwest New Jersey, cultivating forest-grazed pastures through sustainable, regenerative practices that nurture the soil and forest in harmony with his Dexter cattle herd. While serving his country, he also managed four rental properties - including multi-unit investments - enhancing their value for future generations while providing thoughtfully maintained housing for fellow servicemen. 

Joseph holds a Master of Business Administration from the Syracuse Whitman School of Business and completed 24 credits at the University of Washington School of Real Estate Science. With expertise in real estate investment modeling and agribusiness development, he is dedicated to advancing New Jersey's rural economy and creating enduring farm legacies, helping families secure properties that offer both refined luxury and a lasting connection to the land.
